These Terms & Conditions constitute the entire legal agreement between you and 92co governing your use of the 92co platform, including the casino, sportsbook, live tables and all related services. By creating a 92co account and accessing any service on the platform, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.
Access to 92co is strictly limited to individuals aged 21 years and above. Age is verified through mandatory KYC using your Pakistani CNIC. Any account where the holder is found to be under 21 will be closed and balances handled per Section 3 of these Terms.
All 92co accounts operate in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Deposits via JazzCash, EasyPaisa, Raast, HBL and UBL are subject to the minimum and maximum limits stated in the cashier. Withdrawal processing times and limits are governed by Section 8 of these Terms.

2.1 By registering a 92co Account, accessing the Platform, making a deposit or placing a wager, you unconditionally accept and agree to be legally bound by these Terms in their current form.
2.2 These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and 92co with respect to your use of the Platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations and understandings, whether oral or written.
2.3 If you do not accept any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform and close your Account by contacting 92co support.
2.4 92co reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform following notification of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. The version published on the Platform at the time of your use is the version that governs that use.
3.1 Access to the 92co Platform is restricted to individuals who are at least 21 years of age at the time of registration. This age restriction is absolute and non-negotiable.
3.2 By registering, you represent and warrant that you are at least 21 years of age and that participation in online casino gaming and sports betting is lawful in the jurisdiction from which you are accessing the Platform.
3.3 92co operates a mandatory KYC verification process. All Accounts must be verified before withdrawal requests will be processed. KYC requires submission of, at minimum, a copy of your valid Pakistani CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card) and confirmation that the date of birth on the CNIC establishes that you are aged 21 or above.
3.4 Where 92co has reasonable grounds to suspect that a Player has misrepresented their age, 92co may immediately suspend the Account and withhold the Account balance pending investigation. If a Player is confirmed to be under 21 years of age:
4.1 Each individual may hold only one (1) 92co Account. The creation of multiple Accounts — including under different names, email addresses or Pakistani mobile numbers — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate Account termination and forfeiture of all balances.
4.2 You must provide accurate, current and complete information during registration, including your full legal name as it appears on your CNIC, a valid and accessible Pakistani mobile number, a valid email address and your correct date of birth.
4.3 92co Accounts are personal and non-transferable. You may not allow any third party to access or operate your Account. You are fully responsible for all activity that occurs under your Account credentials, whether authorised by you or not.
4.4 Corporate entities, trusts, partnerships and any non-individual legal entities are not permitted to hold a 92co Account.
4.5 Players who are employees or contractors of 92co, or immediate family members of such individuals, are prohibited from holding a Player Account.
4.6 92co reserves the right to decline any registration application at its sole discretion without providing reasons.
5.1 You are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your 92co login credentials, including your password and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your credentials with any other person under any circumstances.
5.2 92co will never contact you via email, SMS, WhatsApp or any other channel to request your Account password. Any communication purporting to be from 92co and requesting your password is fraudulent and should be reported to [email protected] immediately.
5.3 You must notify 92co immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised access to or use of your Account. 92co will investigate reported unauthorised access and may suspend the Account during investigation to protect your funds.
5.4 Sessions on the 92co Platform auto-expire after a period of inactivity. 92co recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your Account to provide an additional layer of security on all login attempts from new devices.
6.1 The following conduct is expressly prohibited on the 92co Platform and will result in immediate Account suspension or permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and where appropriate, reporting to relevant authorities:
6.2 92co reserves the right to void any bets, cancel any winnings and close any Account where prohibited conduct is detected or reasonably suspected, with or without prior notice to the Player.
7.1 Deposits to your 92co Account are accepted via JazzCash, EasyPaisa, Raast interbank transfer, HBL debit card and UBL debit card. The minimum deposit across all methods is Rs 100. Maximum deposit limits vary by payment method and Account verification status and are displayed in the 92co cashier at time of transaction.
7.2 All deposits must be made from payment instruments registered in your own name and matching your KYC-verified identity. 92co will not accept deposits from third-party accounts, shared mobile wallets, or accounts held in a business or entity name.
7.3 92co does not charge fees on incoming deposits. However, your payment provider (JazzCash, EasyPaisa, or your bank) may apply its own transaction charges, which are your responsibility.
7.4 Deposits are credited to your 92co Wallet once confirmed by the payment provider. JazzCash and EasyPaisa deposits typically confirm within 60 seconds under normal network conditions. Raast and bank transfer deposits may take up to one banking day in exceptional circumstances.
7.5 92co reserves the right to request supporting documentation for any deposit where the source of funds is unclear, including but not limited to large single deposits or patterns of deposits that trigger anti-money-laundering review thresholds.
7.6 If a deposit is credited in error or a payment provider reverses a transaction after 92co has credited funds, 92co reserves the right to debit the corresponding amount from your Account balance. If the Account balance is insufficient, the deficit becomes a debt owed to 92co.
8.1 Withdrawal requests may only be submitted by Players with a fully KYC-verified 92co Account. Unverified Accounts may deposit and play but may not initiate withdrawals until all KYC requirements are satisfied.
8.2 The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 200. Maximum withdrawal limits per transaction and per calendar day are displayed in the cashier and vary by VIP tier and account verification status.
8.3 Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit — JazzCash, EasyPaisa, Raast or bank account. 92co does not permit withdrawal to a different instrument or third-party account.
8.4 92co targets withdrawal processing of JazzCash and EasyPaisa requests within fifteen (15) minutes of approval. Raast and bank transfer withdrawals are processed within one (1) banking day. Processing times may extend during peak periods, public holidays or where additional verification is required.
8.5 92co does not charge withdrawal fees. Processing fees imposed by your payment provider are outside 92co's control and are the Player's responsibility.
8.6 92co reserves the right to perform additional identity and payment verification checks before approving any withdrawal request. Failure to provide requested documentation within 72 hours of request may result in the withdrawal being cancelled and the funds returned to your Account balance.
8.7 Winnings derived from Bonus Funds may not be withdrawn until all applicable Wagering Requirements have been completed. Attempting to withdraw before wagering requirements are met will result in the bonus balance being forfeited and only real-money funds being made available for withdrawal.
9.1 All 92co promotions are subject to individual bonus terms published alongside the offer, including wagering requirements, maximum bet restrictions while bonus funds are active, eligible game categories, maximum convertible winnings and expiry dates.
9.2 The standard Wagering Requirement for the 92co welcome bonus is thirty times (30×) the bonus amount. Specific promotions may carry different wagering multipliers, which will be clearly stated in the promotion terms at time of offer.
9.3 While Bonus Funds are active in your Account, the maximum bet per spin or per hand is Rs 500, unless the specific promotion terms state a higher limit. Bets exceeding this limit while bonus funds are active may result in the bonus balance being voided.
9.4 Welcome bonuses are available to new 92co Account holders only — one bonus per person, per household address, per payment method and per device. Circumventing these restrictions through multi-accounting constitutes abuse and will result in Account termination.
9.5 92co reserves the right to amend, suspend or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Players with active bonus balances at the time of withdrawal of a promotion will be given reasonable notice of any material change to the terms under which they acquired the bonus.
9.6 Any bonus credited in error will be removed from your Account. If erroneous bonus funds have been wagered and generated winnings, 92co reserves the right to reclaim the full erroneous amount from your Account balance.
10.1 All slot and RNG (Random Number Generator) table games available on the 92co Platform operate using certified RNG software that has been independently audited to confirm randomness and accuracy of published Return to Player (RTP) percentages.
10.2 Published RTP figures represent theoretical long-run averages across millions of game rounds and do not guarantee outcomes for any individual Player session. The house edge is mathematical and inherent to the game design — not a function of software manipulation.
10.3 Live casino games are streamed in real-time from professionally operated studios. 10.4 In the event of a technical malfunction that renders the outcome of a game round indeterminate, all bets placed on that round will be voided and stakes returned to the Players' accounts. Winnings displayed during or following a technical malfunction are void until confirmed by 92co's system logs.
10.5 Minimum and maximum stake limits for all games are displayed within each game's interface. Placing a bet that exceeds the published maximum is not permitted and any resulting win at an over-limit stake will be calculated as if the maximum permissible stake had been placed.
11.1 All sports bets placed on the 92co sportsbook are subject to these general Terms and to the specific sport rules published in the Sportsbook Rules section of the Platform, which form part of these Terms by reference.
11.2 Bets are accepted at the odds displayed at time of confirmation. Once a bet is confirmed, odds cannot be renegotiated unless the event is subject to odds correction under Section 11.4. 92co does not guarantee that odds will be available continuously for any given market.
11.3 In-play (live) betting on cricket, PSL matches, NFL American Football, UFC and other supported sports is subject to live bet acceptance rules. 92co reserves the right to limit or suspend in-play markets at any time without notice, including during critical moments of play (e.g., during a PSL over in progress or a live NFL scoring drive).
11.4 Where a bet has been accepted at materially incorrect odds due to a manifest pricing error, 92co reserves the right to void the bet and return the stake. A manifest error is defined as an odds price that no reasonable person would expect to be the genuine market price for the relevant outcome.
11.5 All cricket bets — including PSL match betting, international T20, ODI and Test markets — are settled on official results as confirmed by the relevant governing body (PCB, ICC). In the event of an abandoned or incomplete match, settlement rules specific to each market type apply as documented in the Sportsbook Rules.
11.6 Maximum payout limits per bet and per event apply and are displayed in the bet placement interface. Where a Player's cumulative winnings from a series of accumulators or system bets would exceed the published maximum payout, 92co's liability is capped at the published limit.
12.1 All content on the 92co Platform — including but not limited to software, code, design, trademarks, logos, game graphics, promotional materials, written content and audiovisual elements — is the intellectual property of 92co or its licensed third-party game providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property law.
12.2 Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal recreational gaming purposes. 14.2 92co does not warrant that the Platform will be available without interruption, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. Scheduled and emergency maintenance may result in temporary Platform unavailability.
14.3 To the maximum extent permitted by law, 92co's total liability to you for any claim arising from or related to your use of the Platform shall not exceed the net real-money deposits made to your Account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
14.4 92co shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, special, incidental or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or any emotional distress arising from your use of or inability to access the Platform.
14.5 Nothing in these Terms limits 92co's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct or any liability that cannot be excluded by applicable law.
15.1 92co collects, processes and stores your personal data in accordance with the 92co Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference and available at /privacy-policy.
15.2 By registering a 92co Account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy, including for purposes of KYC verification, anti-money-laundering compliance, responsible gaming monitoring and personalised communications (where opted in).
15.3 92co does not sell your personal data to third parties. Data is shared only with regulated third parties required to facilitate platform operation, including licensed KYC providers, payment processors and the regulatory authority under which 92co's gaming license is held.
16.1 You may close your 92co Account at any time by contacting [email protected]. Upon closure request, any real-money balance remaining in your Account will be processed for withdrawal to your registered payment method within five (5) business days, subject to completion of any pending KYC requirements.
16.2 92co reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate any Account at its sole discretion, with or without notice, in cases including but not limited to: breach of these Terms; suspected fraudulent activity; money laundering risk; provision of false registration information; abuse of promotions; or Account inactivity for a period exceeding twenty-four (24) months.
16.3 Where an Account is terminated due to a breach of these Terms, 92co reserves the right to withhold any Account balance pending investigation. Where a breach is confirmed, funds may be forfeited in whole or in part as appropriate to the nature of the breach.
16.4 Termination of your Account does not affect any accrued rights or obligations of either party that arose prior to the date of termination.
17.1 92co reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. Material amendments will be notified to Players via the email address registered on their Account and/or through a prominent notice displayed on the Platform at the time of login.
17.2 Amendments take effect on the date stated in the notification, which shall be no less than fourteen (14) days from the date of notice for material changes, unless the amendment is required immediately to comply with a legal or regulatory obligation.
17.3 If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must close your Account before the effective date of the amendment. Continued use of the Platform after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the amended Terms.
18.1 These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which 92co holds its international gaming license.
18.2 In the event of a dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the 92co Platform, you agree to first contact the 92co support team at [email protected] to attempt informal resolution. 92co will respond to formal dispute submissions within ten (10) business days.

18.4 Nothing in this section prevents either party from seeking emergency injunctive relief from a court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to prevent irreparable harm.
